1. SPC flooring has excellent wear resistance because its surface has a specially treated transparent wear-resistant layer, with a general wear-resistant rotation rate of over 8000 revolutions. This is much higher than traditional flooring materials. Under normal circumstances, SPC flooring can be used for up to 10 years, so it is widely used in places with high pedestrian traffic such as shopping malls, office buildings, schools, and other places.
2. SPC flooring is still very light and thin, usually only 3.2mm to 12mm thick, with a weight of only about 2-7.5kg per square meter. Therefore, it can effectively save space in use, which is particularly advantageous in secondary decoration.
3. SPC flooring also has the effect of fire resistance and flame retardancy, generally reaching B1 level. It is flame retardant, non self igniting, and automatically extinguishes within 5 seconds of leaving the flame. It does not produce suffocating toxic or harmful gases, which is outstanding among many flooring products.
